Terms of Service
These terms apply to Roamly at heyroamly.com (“Roamly”, “we”), run by Panshul Bharadwaj, an individual based in India. By using Roamly you agree to them.
What Roamly is
Roamly is an AI trip planner. It turns your destination, dates and preferences into day-by-day itineraries you can edit, save, share and export, and lets you host or join group trips with Travel Together.
Itineraries are suggestions written with the help of AI. They are not bookings or guarantees. Prices, opening hours, weather, entry and visa rules, accessibility and route conditions change, so check them yourself before you travel. Roamly does not sell flights, hotels or tours.
Your account
You sign in with Google or your email. Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for what is done with it. If you are under 18, use Roamly with a parent or guardian’s permission. Purchases must be made by an adult.
Roamly Plus
- What you get: a 30-day pass with 20 AI plans a day (instead of 5 on Free) and Travel Together hosting. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
- Price: ₹499 in India, $10 elsewhere, shown on the pricing page before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout outside India.
- Paid once, no auto-renewal: the pass starts when payment is confirmed and ends 30 days later. Nothing renews or is charged again. Buying again before it ends adds another 30 days.
- Launch offers: a promotional code gives the price and terms stated with it, once per account, while places last.
Payments
In India, Roamly sells Plus and payments are processed by Razorpay (cards and UPI). Outside India, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders: it handles the payment, sales tax or VAT, and invoicing, and its buyer terms also apply. We never see or store your full card details.
Refunds
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Roamly: no breaking the law, harassing or deceiving other travellers, posting unlawful or hateful content, scraping, automated or bulk requests, getting around usage limits, or interfering with the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.
Travel Together
Published itineraries and host names are public. Roamly does not verify hosts or travellers, and is not a party to any trip arranged through it. Meet in public places, share plans with someone you trust, and use your own judgement before travelling with people you met online.
Your content
You own the trips and text you add. You let Roamly store, process and display them to run the service, including showing itineraries you choose to publish or share.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or end features, and AI planning can be temporarily unavailable. If we end Plus while your pass is running, we refund the unused days. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Roamly means you accept it.
Liability
Roamly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for travel decisions made using an itinerary, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
